Responsibilities
- Follow recipes to make side dishes
- cut and portion cheesecakes
- Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for prep
- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice vegetables
- Basic cooking functions such as baking corn bread and preparing sauces
- Label stock and inventory all ingredients
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
