Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm
Will answer phones, schedule patients, and perform prior authorizations. Minimum qualifications are high school graduate with a minimum of one (1) year recent experience with direct contact with the public in a medical environment. With some scheduling experience preferred.
Successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and verbal communications skills with the ability to professionally interact with all levels of personnel and all types of patients in different circumstances. Should be proficient in using a computer, able to type and to learn computer (EMR) system. Must be able to multi-task and enjoy different tasks and duties. Must contribute as a positive member of the team to represent us to our customer in a confident, appropriate and professional manner without exception.
EPIC EMR experience a plus!
