What are the responsibilities and job description for the Car Care Specialist position at Car Spa, Inc.?
As a Car Care Specialist, you will help us to provide a safe, fast, clean, and friendly experience to our car wash customers.
Car Care Specialist duties may include:
- Promptly greets all customers in a friendly and helpful manner and educating about our services.
- Facilitate efficient and safe processing of customer vehicles.
- Performs visual inspections of vehicles and remove excess dirt and debris to ensure a quality result.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and attractive wash facility.
- Help clean and maintain equipment.
- Participate in learning and cross training activities to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Provide full service and detail services such as vacuuming, waxing, and interior cleanings
Car Care Attendant requirements:
- Ability to work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Friendly and welcoming individuals who are customer service focused.
- Detail oriented and a pride in delivering quality service.
- An individual who enjoys working in a fast paced, team environment and can follow instructions with a sense of urgency.
- Willingness to engage in cross training and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Someone who loves working in a team environment.
- The position requires the ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as walking, standing (100% of shift), bending, stooping, and handling of tools/materials as well as lifting up to 25 lbs.
