We follow 4-6-week training cycles that are professionally programmed in advance, focusing on mobility, strength training, and conditioning. Job Summary:
We’re looking for an energetic and knowledgeable Strength and Conditioning Coach to lead our one-hour group fitness classes. You’ll guide members through dynamic warmups, mobility work, strength lifts, and conditioning sessions- delivering safe, challenging, and fun workouts that help our members meet their goals.
Schedule & Availability:
This role primarily covers early morning classes at 5:15 am and 6:30 am on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We also have a 4:30 pm class on Fridays that we’re looking to cover.
You do not need to be available for all of these classes to apply. If you can consistently coach some of these times and are open to filling in for other classes as needed when coverage is required, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead one-hour group strength and conditioning classes with confidence and enthusiasm
- Coach proper technique and form across mobility, strength, and conditioning movements
- Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment for all fitness levels
- Offer modifications or progressions as needed based on individual needs
- Foster a sense of community and accountability among members
- Arrive prepared and on time for every session
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workout space
- Support the culture and values of our family-owned gym
A nationally recognized coaching certification (e.g., NSCA, NASM, or equivalent) is required prior to your start date.
