Job Overview:
Wholesale Distributor seeking a detail-oriented part time Payroll Clerk. The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for accurately processing weekly payroll.
Duties:
- Maintain payroll information for approximately 125 employees.
- Data entry of new hires, terminations, and employee updates, such as changes to pay rates, and direct deposits.
- Enter, correct, and verify time sheets for hourly employees.
- Assist with HR record keeping, such as new employee processing, personnel file records, PTO records, etc.
Requirements:
-Experience with ADP preferred
-Must be able to work every Monday and Tuesday
-Proven experience as a Payroll Clerk
- Data entry skills along with attention to details
-Excellent communication skills to interact with employees and department managers
