Responsibilities:
- Deliver food to guests promptly and correctly, while maintaining the look and quality of all dishes from kitchen to table
- Exhibit full knowledge of the menu and describe every dish and beverage clearly, noting all relevant allergy concerns and dietary restrictions for guests
- Multitask between running food, bussing tables, assisting the chef polish and stock plates, supporting beverage (wine, liquor, coffee/tea) service, maintaining water levels, assisting guests, making coffee drinks, preparing bread baskets, checking guest restrooms, and all other duties that may be needed to enhance the guest experience calmly and seamlessly
- Respond immediately to guests needs and requests
