Machine Helper/Packer - 2nd shift
Job Duties:
- Achieve and maintain quality and/or production standards.
- Adhere to and accurately complete all production related documentation.
- Monitor product quality, identify and report any problems and discrepancies.
- Assemble and attach label to packaging and boxes.
- Assist the machine operator on auto packaging machinery safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all food safety regulations.
- Report any packaging issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor for immediate resolution.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.
- General understanding of packaging procedures.
- Basic knowledge and competency in arithmetic.
- Physical dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
