What Customer Service Operations contributes to Cardinal Health
Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution.
Responsible for providing outsourced services to customers relating to medical billing, client communication via mailings and faxing, supporting the mailroom team along with reception support.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with office printers, ie: scanning, printing, faxing.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions based on client requirements.
- Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel

- Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete standard tasks
- Works on basic and routine assignments
- Selects correct processes from prescribed rules or guidelines
- Work is closely managed and follows detailed instructions
- Seeks regular guidance and advice from supervisor
Responsibilities
- Process incoming mail based on client requirements.
- Print letters for mailing.
- Ability to work sorting, stuffing and stamping machine.
- Packing boxes and printing labels for FedEx mailings
- Support team members with other projects as needed (be a team player)
- Ability to work under pressure during peak times
