At CMCS (Cardinal McCloskey Community Services), our mission is to protect, empower and promote independence for at-risk Children & Families and those with developmental disabilities through quality community-based services.
As The ERSEA / Family Services Specialist, you will develop strategies to reach the goal of maintaining full enrollment. Participate in weekly recruitment meetings, design monthly presentations for community events (touring days, open house presentations, & parent orientations) and attend weekly or monthly fairs for the purposes of ongoing recruitment in high need areas. Daily contact with families within the online application portal, and forwarding of prospective enrollees to the service area location site. Utilize the Child Plus database system for Enrollment / Waitlist, assures timely completion of following up with assigned applications / intakes, make sure all ERSEA required documentations are uploaded into the ChildPlus software. Collaborate and guide the Family Advocate team throughout the sites.
Requirement :
Associates Degree in Human Services or Early Childhood Education, Family Development Certificate (FDC) or equivalent.
