At CMCS (Cardinal McCloskey Community Services), our mission is to protect, empower and promote independence for at-risk children and families and those with developmental disabilities through quality community-based services.
As a Family Team Conference Facilitator, you will work in conjunction with the prevention staff and citywide borough-based ACS staff to schedule and conduct Family Team Conferences with primary responsibilities in the citywide Special Medical Prevention Program. The Family Team Conference Facilitator will assist the team to make quality decisions revolving around child safety, well- being and permanency. Strong interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills are essential and the ability to demonstrate sound decision making while modeling best practice is critical.
Requirements :
- MSW or Masters in a related field with prevention experience preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 years' experience in a NYC child abuse and neglect prevention program.
