What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cold End Technician position at Cardinal?
Responsibilities include visually inspecting containers of product for cuts/chips/scratches, removing defective product, checking for defects and banding for shipping, checking glass size corresponding to case and card specifications. They will verify product count to ensure it matches case requirements.
Rotating, day, and night shifts are available. Schedules allow for every other weekend off with a regular schedule of only 14-15 days of work per month.
Rotating Schedule:
2 days, 2 off, 2 nights, 2 off, 3 days, 2 off
2 nights, 2 off, 2 days. 2 off, 3 nights, 2 off
Day & Night Schedule:
2 days/nights, 2 off, 2 days/nights, 2 off, 3 days/nights, 2 off
Pay increases with service time up to $24.10. Night hours add $2.00 per hour.
