The Customer Call Center Representative is responsible for the following:
Process internal and external phone calls to include; scheduling appointments for new and established patients, taking messages or paging when indicated, and answering questions regarding CVM’s general procedures.
Maintain physician and clinic schedules
Process patient records in practice management system
Perform follow up of Phone Tree appointment reminder and recall reminder calls
Previous medical office and scheduling experience is preferred.
