What are the responsibilities and job description for the CRM Developer position at Care Connect Medical?

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CRM Developer to join our team full-time. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing our Salesforce environment, integrating with external systems, and supporting our patient scheduling processes. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in APEX, AI, EHR/EMR integration, and a strong programming background. Speed, output, and adaptability are essential as we continue to enhance and evolve our systems. This position requires partial in-office presence to ensure effective collaboration and rapid execution. 

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using APEX and Lightning Web Components.   
  • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and processes to meet business needs.   
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues with speed and efficiency.   
  • Develop and implement integrations with EHR/EMR systems to streamline patient scheduling workflows.   
  • Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.  
  • Utilize APIs and middleware to enhance system connectivity and functionality.  
  • Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance Salesforce functionality and automate repetitive tasks.   
  • Implementing AI agents improve operational efficiency.   
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code to enhance system capabilities.   
  • Collaborate with several operational teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.  
  • Quickly grasp the intricacies of our patient scheduling systems and processes.   
  • Provide technical support and training to internal teams as needed.   
  • Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends.   
  • Execute tasks with a focus on speed and quality to meet tight deadlines.  
  • Deliver high-quality output with minimal supervision while maintaining agility in a fast-paced environment.   

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (preferred).   
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience, including expertise in APEX and Lightning Web Components.   
  • Proven experience with EHR/EMR integrations and healthcare-related systems.   
  • Strong programming skills (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages).   
  • Experience implementing AI-driven solutions within Salesforce.     
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and APIs.   
  • Exceptional problem-solving and debugging abilities.   
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.   
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Must be able to work on-site part-time for effective team collaboration.   
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.   
  • Familiarity with patient scheduling systems is a significant advantage.
