Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using APEX and Lightning Web Components.
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and processes to meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues with speed and efficiency.
- Develop and implement integrations with EHR/EMR systems to streamline patient scheduling workflows.
- Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Utilize APIs and middleware to enhance system connectivity and functionality.
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance Salesforce functionality and automate repetitive tasks.
- Implementing AI agents improve operational efficiency.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code to enhance system capabilities.
- Collaborate with several operational teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Quickly grasp the intricacies of our patient scheduling systems and processes.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience, including expertise in APEX and Lightning Web Components.
- Proven experience with EHR/EMR integrations and healthcare-related systems.
- Strong programming skills (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages).
- Experience implementing AI-driven solutions within Salesforce.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and APIs.
- Exceptional problem-solving and debugging abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
