Requirements:

• Experience: At least 9 years in employee benefits consulting, with a focus on public sector retirement plans.

• Education: Bachelors degree (ASA accreditation required; FSA preferred).

• Skills: Strong business acumen, exceptional relationship management, and strategic communication abilities.

• Capabilities: Proven leadership, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to deliver actionable client solutions.

• Availability: Willingness to travel as needed to meet client needs.
