Responsibilities of New Graduate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) / Registered Nurses (RNs)
- One to-one nursing care in a home environment
- Physician ordered treatments for:
- Medication Administration
- Nutrition via a feeding tube
- Suctioning — nasal, oral and/or endotracheal
- Seizure assessment and treatment
Requirements for New Graduate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) / Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Current, active Florida RN or LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- No experience necessary – we will train you on g-tube, trach, and vent!
- TB test results or a chest X-ray
- Alzheimer's training (provided by Sonas)

* New Graduate RN/LPN are eligible for two bonuses with consistent 12 months as a Sonas employee. Billable hours only, orientation, and in-home training hours do not apply. $2,500 bonus for 780 hours worked (average of 30 hours of work per week) within the first 6-months of employment at Sonas. $2,500 for 1560 hours worked (average of 30 hours of work per week) within the first 12 months of employment at Sonas.
