What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) position at Care Options for Kids?
We’re seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an In-Home setting. This is an opportunity to provide a safe and therapeutic encompassment for pediatric-aged children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Qualifications:
- Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- 2 years' experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a clinic setting
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques

Hourly Salary Ranges**

**Compensation is based on skill set, experience and caseload.
