What You Will Do
- Oversee, guide, and support the four (4) Family Intervention Specialist in their day-to-day responsibilities.
- Provide clinical direction to the specialist based on the program model, which requires bi-weekly case review, facilitation of weekly group supervision, staffing red flag cases, and overseeing service plan development to ensure case progress
- Attend weekly consultation led by Licensed Program Expert.
- Ensure quality case documentation, conduct customer surveys, and monitor contractual and funding requirements.
- Assist with coverage for the team, support staff when attending court meetings, and conduct field supervision.
- Assist with hiring and performance management of Family Intervention Specialists
- Master's Degree in the field of social work, psychology, or related field OR
- Bachelor's degree in social services with two-years experience in social services.
- one-year related experience in counseling or case management
- A valid driver's license must be insurable by the agency's automobile insurance.
