Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Support clients with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort
- Engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
- Monitor and document changes in client health and behavior, reporting to family members and healthcare providers as necessary
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and their families
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must pass a background check and have valid driver’s license (if applicable)
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
