Position Overview:
As a Care Lead, you will provide exceptional caregiving support to our clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. You will also take on leadership responsibilities, guiding and supporting other caregiving staff, fostering a positive environment for both clients and the team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to clients in accordance with care plans.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility support, and meal preparation.
- Lead and mentor caregiving team members, ensuring smooth operations and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
- Communicate regularly with clients' families and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure client safety and well-being at all times.
- Transport clients when needed (own car and valid driver’s license required).
Requirements:
- Proven professional experience in caregiving.
- Availability between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and a car.
- Ability to start immediately.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to providing excellent care.
- Must pass background checks.
