Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, managing patient care plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments of patients.
- Administer medications and manage medication administration protocols.
- Perform triage duties to prioritize patient care based on urgency and medical need.
- Maintain accurate medical records using the electronic health record systems.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current Nurse Practitioner certification and state licensure.
- Strong knowledge of critical/Urgent Care practices and procedures.
- Experience with diagnostic evaluations and triage processes is preferred.
- Proficiency in managing medical records using electronic health record systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
