Responsibilities
- Assist patients with everyday activities of daily living
- Arrive to care visits on time with a positive attitude
- Monitor and report changes in patient's health
- Provide adequate care and companionship
Qualifications
- Reliable form of transportation, proof of drivers' license and auto insurance
- Criminal Background clear / Drug screen clear
- Positive attitude
- Strong sense of professionalism
