CareCore at Lima is seeking dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our team for full-time and part-time positions. New graduates are encouraged to apply! We provide a supportive environment to help you gain experience and grow in your career.
Shift Availability :
8-hour shifts : 6 AM–2 PM, 2 PM–10 PM, 10 PM–6 AM
Requirements :
Valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
Experience in long-term care (preferred but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for providing exceptional care
Responsibilities :
Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
Monitor residents' health and promptly report changes
Support mobility and safe transfers
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Adhere to all state, federal, and facility regulations
