- Manage and support maintenance teams at multiple Carecore Health facilities, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals.
- Ensure all facilities meet or exceed local, state, and federal health and safety regulations, including OSHA and life safety codes.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the life of equipment and infrastructure.
- Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, monitoring expenses to ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Recruit, train, and mentor maintenance staff, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and accountability.
- Oversee emergency preparedness and response plans for natural disasters, power outages, or other facility-related emergencies.
