Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a globally renowned law firm with over 500 attorneys and 1,000 employees. We are assisting them in their search for a Junior to Mid-level Associate to join their nationally recognized Patent Litigation Group. You will support clients ranging from innovative startups to established leaders in technology and life sciences.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1 - 6 years of patent litigation experience.
• Experience representing clients in complex patent disputes in federal courts across the United States and in parallel post-grant proceedings before the Patent Office.
• Ability to collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and implement litigation strategies, and work closely with clients to address their business needs.
• Willing to gain hands-on experience in all stages of patent litigation, from pre-litigation strategy through trial, including discovery, motions practice, and expert witness preparation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Top law school credentials with excellent academic performance.
• Active WA BAR membership or eligibility to waive in.
• Industry-specific degrees or experience in high-tech or life sciences fields are preferred, but not required.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Salary: $230,000 - $380,000
• Healthcare, Life Insurance, Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts, and Wellbeing
• A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance
