In this role, you will support customers by addressing account inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about financial products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and prior experience in banking, lending, or another financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding financial accounts, transactions, and services
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and financial regulations
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of customer service experience in a financial services setting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CRM and financial systems preferred
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
