We're partnering with a global leader in the health and wellness space on a confidential search for a Mid-Level IT Specialist in Hawthorne, CA. This is a hands-on role focused on SAP system support and general IT infrastructure. Ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and working across teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and configure SAP ERP platforms including S/4HANA, Business One, and SuccessFactors
- Troubleshoot SAP CPI integrations and maintain secure API connections
- Provide Level 2 and 3 SAP support, addressing system errors and workflow issues
- Oversee SAP data management, performance tuning, and reporting
- Support hardware, software, and network troubleshooting across the business
- Identify process improvements and help automate SAP workflows
- Maintain documentation and provide end-user training
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3 to 5 years of IT system administration experience with a focus on SAP
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP CPI, token configurations, and API setup
- Familiarity with S/4HANA, Business One, and SuccessFactors
- Comfortable working in both Windows and Linux environments
- Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Solid grasp of networking basics including VPNs, firewalls, and DHCP
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Certifications such as SAP Associate, CompTIA, or ITIL are a plus but not required
