Summary:
The Café Manager is responsible for managing CAR-FRESHNER’s extraordinary on-site Café, working with a team to prepare hundreds of fresh, healthy meals each day. It also oversees the cleaning staff in all Watertown facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop healthy and delicious breakfast and lunch menus
- Purchase food, beverages, Café supplies, and cleaning supplies at multiple locations
- Oversee kitchen and Café operations, ensuring consistently excellent results in a fast-paced environment
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure consistently high standards and efficiency
- Manage Café and Cleaning Teams, including hiring, training, scheduling, and termination
- Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
- Manage the delivery of mail, food, and supplies using company vehicles
Skills and Experience:
- Experience managing a food and beverage operation
- ServSafe certification preferred, if not certified will be required to obtain certification if hired
