What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Assembler position at Career Opportunities?
Spang & Company, a manufacturer with global operations in China and the United States, has an opening for a Production Assembler at our location in the West Valley of Phoenix, Arizona. Spang Engineered Solutions designs and manufactures custom inductive components for an array of different industries.
The Production Assembler will be responsible for assembling small electronic components from drawings, schematics, work instructions, specification sheets, and manuals.
Major Responsibilities:
- Assemble small and large volume production of electronic components.
- Wind magnet wire onto plastic bobbins.
- Apply solder to terminals or wire.
- Repair or replacement of defective components.
- Apply insulation and connect wiring.
- Verify materials and requirements.
- Testing of electrical components.
Manual dexterity to assemble devices is required. No previous experience is required. We offer on-the-job training.
The full-time shift is Monday – Friday 6:15 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.
