The Shuttle Driver is responsible for our guests and owners experience from arrival through the end of their stay by creating customer delight in every interaction and exceeding expectations.
SCHEDULE: 9:00am - 4:00pm
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
- The shuttle driver will operate transportation shuttles to maintain specific transportation routes throughout the property, as well as maintaining the safety of our guests and owners at all times
- The shuttle driver will be responsible in maintaining the cleanliness of the shuttles and report any maintenance needs as required.
- The shuttle driver will assist guests with luggage on and off the bus, as needed
- The shuttle driver will serve as an ambassador of good will by pleasantly welcoming all of our guests and providing area/site information.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Previous shuttle bus driving and/or bell person experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- A valid driver’s license is required
- A valid (CDL) Commercial Driver’s License with passenger endorsement is preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have current and valid driver license. This includes any commercial driver license that is necessary to operate a commercial Company Vehicle as part of that team members job; and team members must have a driver license for at least four (4) years prior to being permitted to operate any Company Vehicle that involves transporting passengers (including guests, visitors or owners), or any commercial vehicle.
- Must meet company required motor vehicle policy standards
- Must be familiar with driving in inclement weather and winter driving conditions
- Must have good verbal skills and ability to communicate with the guests and owners.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
- Must be able to repeatedly lift luggage 50-75 lbs
