Professional Recruiter Full-Time Career Transitions is seeking hard-working and driven individual to join our team as a Professional Recruiter.

As a Recruiter with Career Transitions, you have the opportunity to work with a firm in business for 25 plus years and a group of professionals second to none.

The positions you fill are Technical Non-Exempt, Exempt, Associate, Bachelor, Master, or PhD educated positions. You have the ability to work Contingent, Retained, or Professional Contract openings.

Please note, we are not a light industrial staffing operation.

In this Professional Recruiter role at Career Transitions, you are responsible for.

  • Developing a customer base and managing the full lifecycle of the recruiting process, from research to evaluation to presenting qualified candidates for client job openings.
  • You may negotiate on behalf of clients to secure top talent and are accountable for delivering verifiable metrics to support recruiting activities to communicate with your client base.

As a Professional Recruiter, you should have at least 2 years of third-party recruiting experience (in-house recruiting experience is considered).

Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to manage multiple recruiting projects simultaneously.

A degree is preferred but not required, and you should have demonstrated knowledge of sales strategies, database research tools, and negotiation methods.
