This role will be responsible for
- Evaluating new geographic markets through detailed sizing, competition mapping, payor analysis, and clinician labor supply
- Identifying target areas for new location development and working with tenant rep brokers to secure optimal lease opportunities
- Underwriting lease opportunities using financial models and profitability projections
- Presenting de novo opportunities and recommendations to executive leadership and the Board
- Maintaining and updating databases for competitor tracking, lease benchmarks, and market opportunities
- Supporting all aspects of the new site development process, including coordination with brokers, architectural planning, and lease negotiations
- Assisting in market research and due diligence for potential acquisitions
Expectations will include
- Working cross-functionally and collaboratively with internal teams and external consultants
- Demonstrating proactive initiative and exercising sound judgment with minimal oversight
- Supporting the company’s long-term strategic growth and financial goals
- Remaining highly responsive and accessible across communication platforms
- Traveling overnight at least monthly to support site assessments and growth initiatives
- Delivering clear, professional communication and presentations to stakeholders at all levels
A qualified candidate will possess the following
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Business)
- 1–4 years of experience in accounting, finance, consulting, investment banking, or transaction advisory
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including modeling and formula functions
- Strong understanding of financial forecasting and operational metrics
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and professional written/verbal communication
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in real estate or healthcare services is a plus but not required
Compensation: Compensation will include a base and bonus and will be commensurate with skills and experience.

Desired Location: The preference would be to have this person residing in the Dallas area but there is some willingness to consider remote with some travel for the right candidate. For those in the Dallas area, this role would be hybrid after an initial orientation period.
