The Position: We’re looking for a Sales Support Specialist
Requirements:
- · Candidate must have excellent attention to detail and be well organized.
- · Candidate should be willing to recommend organizational process improvements.
- · Candidate must be able to encourage collaborative thinking and recommend ways to reach a cohesive end goal with Marketing materials.
- · International business experience highly preferred
- · Food Industry knowledge and experience highly preferred (have attended trade shows)
Responsibilities:
· Data analysis and reporting
o Run all sales reporting for sales team and management, other departments (accounting, operations)
o Pull data, verify, and analyze to meet company reporting needs including but not limited to- sales, customers, items, brokerage.
o Use available data to create new reporting to meet needs. Reformat current reports to more easily readable reports for company to use.
· Conduct occasional market research.
· Create marketing materials for sales presentations
· Coordinate FS/K12 trade show events- domestic and international.
o Register for events.
o Complete all required forms and documents for trade shows.
o Order and schedule all furnishings, contractors, lead retrieval, etc. for trade shows.
o Order and coordinate all samples and freight shipments to and from shows.
o Liaison with show organizers to ensure proper booth and show execution.
o Create marketing materials for trade shows- print and ship.
o Occasionally, coordinate travel and lodging accommodations for team.
o Coordinate occasional meetings or dinners for sales team and customers at events.
· Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
o Pull reports, provide data insight to sales teams.
o Coordinate with sales team to create individual sales budgets.
o Work with management and create sales budgets for submission to upper management and board of directors.
· Manage calendars to coordinate and schedule meetings with other Cherry Central staff and departments, and Cherry Central customers.
· Create forms for use within the company and with customers related to the sales process.
· Provide additional support to sales team and other departments as it relates to sales and reporting.
· Complete K-12 direct bids- documents, samples, pricing, etc.
· Complete ProcessorLink documentation as it relates to K-12 business
