Call Center Representative Bilingual Preferred (English / Spanish)

Key Responsibilities :
- Handle 50 inbound and outbound calls daily from members regarding account inquiries, transactions, and loan applications.
- Educate members on products, services, and digital banking options.
- Accurately process transactions and maintain confidentiality of member information.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Shift Options :
- 1st Shift : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM (Rotating ½ day and ½ Saturday)
- 2nd Shift : Monday to Friday, 11 : 00 AM 8 : 00 PM (Every Saturday 9 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM with one day off during the week)
What We’re Looking For :
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) candidates are preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call centers, or related fields is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information with care.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
