The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree or be in school working towards their degree, value accuracy and attention to detail, have experience in Microsoft Excel and be able to communicate clearly and professionally, both in English and Spanish. The top responsibilities are:
- Understand and verify that submitted claim requests comply with the terms of contract coverage
- Process verified claims in the online portal, including documenting all communications
- Work directly with repair facilities, providing payment on approved claims
- Answer internal/external claim and coverage inquiries via phone, email, mail, and fax communications
- Work with other departments to ensure accuracy & timely customer service
- Timely and accurate record keeping, including data entry, analysis and storage of incoming documents, spreadsheet management, and tracking of needed follow-up communications.
- Maintain a continual working knowledge of CareGARD products.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree (Preferred, but not required)
- Bilingual – Spanish/English (Preferred, but not required)
- Proficient computer skills, including Office 365
- Data Entry accuracy is a must
- Clearly communicates information to callers and accurately obtains all required information.
- Professionalism required
- Reliability and dependability are a must in this position
- Report to office Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm (Grapevine)
