What We're Looking For:

• A compassionate and caring nature
• Reliability and professionalism
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Comfort with managing varying client schedules
• Tech-savvy

Qualifications:

• At least six (6) months of caregiving experience or relevant educational background (CNA, HHA, MA, etc.)
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual is a plus)
• COVID vaccination status disclosure
• Completion of required training and vetting
• Medical documentation (physicals, TB tests) as required by state regulations
• Care plan proficiency preferred
• Experience in home health, caregiving, and home assessment services
• Basic knowledge of medical procedures and vital sign monitoring

Your Role as a CareLinx Caregiver: You’ll provide essential companionship and assist with daily activities, including:

• Cooking and meal preparation
• Running errands and transportation
• Exercise and walking support
• Medication reminders
• Bathing, grooming, and light housekeeping
• Accurately documenting care tasks and reporting through the CareLinx app
• Collaborating with care advisors to ensure the best care is delivered
