Pay Rate: $85,000 - $105,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities and Opportunities:
- Staff Management: Lead and manage the clinic staff, ensuring each department's needs are met. You will have the opportunity to interview, hire, train, and evaluate clinic technicians and administrative service staff, building a high-performing team that delivers exceptional care.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with our operational leadership to plan and schedule daily staff, ensuring proper coverage at each location. Monitor and optimize daily operating activities, including workload and staff productivity, to effectively plan and allocate resources.
- Compliance and Quality: Uphold the highest standards of compliance with OSHA regulations and client company requirements. Act as a representative of CareOnSite, maintaining calibrations and overseeing the operation of medical equipment and instruments. Perform case management and quality assurance reviews to continuously improve the quality of care.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication with clients, physicians, and our corporate management team. Act as a liaison with client contacts to ensure expectations are met, and collaborate with other clinic managers to streamline operations and drive consistency across all locations.
Qualifications/Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:
- Clinical Skills: Experience collaborating effectively with medical teams, strong knowledge of occupational health, and familiarity with OSHA-required surveillance testing and procedures. Ability to research and implement best practices in clinical processes and procedures.
- Business Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to manage costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and meet core business KPIs. Proven experience in managing client expectations and delivering exceptional results in a complex, team-oriented environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills for external and internal client relations. Demonstrated ability to gather buy-in from leadership for ideas and projects.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or Communications. Three years of working experience in an occupational health setting, with three years of supervisory experience.
