If you're a nurse seeking more flexibility, extra hours, or a fulfilling career that doesn't require hands-on care, CareScout's Field Team independent contractor positions may be right for you. As a Field Team Partner, you'll conduct cognitive and functional assessments for older adults in their homes.

You decide which assessments to take and how many, through a simple app. You can accept cases based on time, place, and competitive fixed rates. Assessments are documented in an easy-to-use digital form.

Your role will involve conducting assessments of long-term care insurance policyholders.

The assessment process typically takes 60-90 minutes and includes:

• Collecting information on the insured's current and past medical history
• Documenting the insured's functional and cognitive levels
• Administering a short cognitive exam
• Leading the insured through a short demonstration activity

Through our online portal, you can:

• Complete online training
• Accept or decline assessment opportunities
• Complete assessments both online and offline
• Check payment status for completed work

To participate in CareScout's Field Team Network, you'll need:

• A valid, current RN license, in good standing
• Technical savvy and access to a laptop or tablet for real-time assessment
• Willingness to travel within 15 miles of your home or further
