What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Community Development position at Carespring?
We need a Director of Cummunity Development to join our team at the Barrington in Fort Thomas, KY.
As the Director of Community Development, you'll represent Barrington Senior Living Community (IL/AL) through marketing efforts and involvement in our local community. You'll also maintain and manage occupancy rates while reporting to the Facility Administrator/Director with additional oversight from the Chief Development Officer.
$55,000 to $88,000 Per Year
You'll Be Responsible For:
- Responding to inquiries with information about our facility and services
- Creating and maintaining a marketing “cookbook” as the basis for establishing strong relationships with potential referral sources including healthcare and non healthcare referral opportunities
- Working within the “sales model” while maintaining relationships within our interdisciplinary team/”medical model”
- Coordinating patient care, appropriate move-ins, and appropriate levels of service
- Supporting residents as they transition to new levels of care/living units
- Completing of all required documentation regarding new move-ins to the facility
- Maintaining move-in and sales goals as established with management
You'll Need To Have:
- Proven sales experience (a background in healthcare preferred)
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Nursing License (Required)
- Successful completion of our Sales Assessment
