We're growing and seeking a passionate Sales Representative who can help us expand our reach and connect more families with the support they need.
What You'll Do:

Generate leads and develop new referral relationships (hospitals, clinics, senior centers, discharge planners, etc.)

Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into loyal clients

Build long-term relationships with clients, families, and referral sources

Represent CareWorks at community events, networking opportunities, and local outreach programs

Collaborate with the care coordination team to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience
Qualifications:

Proven sales experience in home care, healthcare, or related industries

A self-starter who thrives on hitting goals and exceeding expectations

Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently while embodying CareWorks' values of empathy and integrity

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
