POSITION SUMMARY
The Composite Operator is responsible for building fiberglass parts.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Inspect mold surface before and after producing part
- Apply fiberglass and other materials to part mold
- Set up injection equipment to required setting and inject resin into mold
- Remove part from mold
- Clean mold and prepare it for gelcoat
- Follow all safety and work rules
- Maintain departmental housekeeping standards
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- High school diploma or GED equivalency preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
