Our highly successful Banking & Insurance Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to build, measure, and grow our auto finance marketing program. Our ideal candidate is a T-Shaped marketer who is a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. You will play a pivotal role in helping auto lenders serve their customers and make better decisions throughout the entire loan lifecycle.
This position is full time and will report to the Head of Marketing – Banking & Insurance Group.
As a Marketing Manager you will:
- Implement industry best practices in Marketo and Salesforce, including lead routing frameworks, lead nurturing strategy, assessing lead scoring performance, optimizing integrations between Marketo and SFDC (lead/opportunity management), GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance and deliverability/sender score improvement.
- Architect, manage, and measure omni-channel campaigns focusing on lead/demand generation, up-selling, and retention. Conduct detailed analysis to improve the marketing mix.
- Ensure proper attribution for lead generation, ROI analysis, and pipeline reporting.
- Effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders. Strengthen the alignment between sales, marketing, and other groups within the company.
- Implement testing to optimize programs and analyze campaign/program performance, modifying as necessary to maximize results.
- Execute against detailed marketing metrics throughout the complete customer journey.
- Direct creative resources to support marketing initiatives across channels.
- Conduct market research to gain a better understanding of our customers and competitors.
- Manage content development, sales enablement, public relations, and a marketing budget.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- 7+ years experience combined marketing experience
- Experience managing marketing initiatives for a business vertical or company division.
- Must have experience with Marketo
- Demonstrated experience building marketing programs based on data and customer insights.
- An understanding of messaging, positioning, and budget management.
- Proven track-record of delivering cross-functional projects from conception to completion.
- Big picture thinking, copywriting, and analytical skills.
- Experience using tools like Adobe Analytics, WordPress, Marketo, Hootsuite, Zoom, Salesforce, Sendoso, Qualtrics, and the Microsoft suite.
- Superb knowledge of demand generation, lead scoring, and ability to innovate strategy.
- Drive, passion, creativity, and excellent multitasking skills.
