Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a HIV Health Educator at the Caribbean Women's Health Association in Brooklyn, NY. The HIV Health Educator will be responsible for conducting health education programs, providing nutritional and physical education guidance, promoting community health initiatives, and delivering education on HIV prevention and treatment.
Qualifications
- Health Education and Community Health skills
- Bilingual preferred in Spanish
- Knowledge of Nutrition and Physical Education principles
- Experience in HIV prevention and treatment education
- Strong background in Education with a focus on health-related topics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse community setting
- Certification or degree in Health Education, Public Health, or related field
