Home Health Aide

Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by delivering personalized care in a home setting. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health conditions, and ensuring a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care by assisting clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Implement individualized care plans based on the specific needs of each client
• Assist with mobility and heavy lifting when necessary to ensure client safety.
• Maintain cleanliness in the client's living space to promote a healthy environment.
• Report any significant changes to the healthcare team or family members.
• Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being and companionship.
• Collaborate with nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Previous experience in patient care or home care is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of care plans is beneficial.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Must be able to maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Certification in CPR or First Aid is a plus but not required at the time of application.

Pay: $13.46 - $15.00 per hour
