About the Role: We are currently looking for an executive assistant, 20 hours a week, to be the right hand for our president and the administrative office. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. He/She will have previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties and providing support to management. This position has the potential to grow to full time.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage scheduling for President, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics.
- Provide support to admin office as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished – emailing, scheduling, setting appointments, etc.
- Primary interface between President and Board of Directors – help facilitate documents needed for quarterly board meetings
- Coordinating volunteers serving in admin office, as well as use of shared spaces
- Liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
- Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contact database
- Familiarity with Google Suite and must possess the ability to run reports in various software platforms (knowledge of Virtuous is a plus)
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the organization
- Organize team communications, both internally and offsite

- A committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and is a participant in a local church
- Maintains a consistent life-affirming philosophy and would never refer or advise a woman to have an abortion
- Agree with and be willing to uphold Caring Network’s Statements of Faith and Principle and Core Values
- Enthusiasm for and commitment to the mission and strategy of Caring Network
- Comfortable with participating in prayer with co-workers
- Some C-suite admin support experience reporting directly to upper management
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
