As a Care Manager, you will:
- Lead with Compassion: Train and match caregivers with clients, ensuring personalized and high-quality care.
- Serve with Excellence: Consult with clients and their families, conduct needs assessments, and orient caregivers to provide outstanding support.
- Communicate Effectively: Use your verbal and listening skills to build strong relationships and ensure clear, compassionate communication.
- Adapt and Innovate: Manage scheduling and adapt to changing priorities while meeting deadlines and upholding our commitment to excellent care.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong organizational skills and experience in Senior Care, with a background in managing others in a healthcare setting preferred.

Qualifications:
- Previous caregiver experience is a plus.
- Experience in managing others within a healthcare setting or an educational background in Healthcare Management may also qualify.
- Must pass a criminal background check and be willing to assume on-call duties.
