What You’ll Do

🌱 Drive Outreach & Generate Referrals

• Develop and execute effective outreach strategies to attract qualified client referrals.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key community partners, including healthcare professionals, senior living communities, and local organizations.
  
  

🤝 Build Relationships & Network

• Represent Caring Senior Service at community events, health fairs, and networking groups.
• Establish trust with local partners to ensure a steady stream of referrals and build long-lasting relationships.
  
  

📊 Track & Monitor Progress

• Track all referral activities, ensuring you hit your monthly outreach and sales goals.
• Partner with office staff and caregivers to ensure the referral process is seamless and clients receive exceptional service.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Experience: A background in sales, business development, or outreach, ideally in home care, healthcare, or senior care services.
• Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with professionals, families, and the community.
• Self-Motivated & Organized: Someone who can work independently and is passionate about creating positive outcomes for seniors.
• Travel-Ready: Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally across the service area to meet with potential referral sources.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $50,000–$65,000 per year (based on experience)
