What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiting Coordinator position at Caring Solutions San Antonio?
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator. This is an entry-level human resource position responsible for hiring quality caregivers for a local senior care company. Part-time, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9am to 4pm. This is an in-office position located in Central San Antonio.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create job posts
- Consolidate applicants from various job board sites into applicant tracking software (Previous use/knowledge of Hireology, Indeed and/or LinkedIn are a plus!)
- Review resumes and screen candidates for quality and fit
- Schedule interviews with top candidates
- Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs for specific shifts, skill sets, and
schedules - Conduct interviews, both virtually and in-person
- Schedule hires for orientation
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and update statuses regularly
- Check new-hire references
Experience and Skills:
- (Required) High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
- (Required) Previous experience interviewing job applicants
- (Required) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- (Required) Strong computer skills
- Previous experience in caregiver, hospice, and/or home health industry
- Strong organizational skills with strict attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility, sense of urgency, confidentiality and professionalism
