Pay
Minimum of $14 per hour. Pay is negotiable based on the candidate and their previous restaurant and managerial experience. Carl's Jr. is dedicated to provide competitive pay for qualified candidates.
Schedule
Shift managers work 35-40 hours a week. Shifts are 7 to 8 hours long. Day and night shift positions are available. Day of the week availability is flexible.

Shift Manager Responsibilities
- Mastery of all crew stations and ability to train new employees on those stations
- Counting inventory
- Controlling food waste
- Maintaining high food safety standards
- Handling end of shift deposits and counting money
