The Job
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our XRM team. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product development processes and good practices.
Key Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of directly related experience in product design of capital equipment and 6 years' experience in technical product development management
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality products and meeting customer needs
- Strong technical expertise in microscopy, imaging, and related technologies
