Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, service, maintain, repair, and test hydraulic cylinders.
- Identify and correct conditions that affect cylinder quality.
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings using hand tools, power tools, and testing devices.
- Ensure product conformance by utilizing precision instruments such as calipers and tape measures.
- Assemble hydraulic components using hand tools, holding devices, and impact wrenches.
- Conduct fluid pressure and flow tests, checking for leakage and ensuring proper functionality.
- A minimum of three years of hydraulic experience is preferred, but we are willing to train a motivated, eager candidate who is committed to developing their skills.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and stay focused on tasks.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- This is a full-time position, with some overtime required based on business needs.
