Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Cylinder Assembly Technician to join our team. This position offers a strong opportunity for career growth, with the potential for rapid advancement for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, service, maintain, repair, and test hydraulic cylinders.
  • Identify and correct conditions that affect cylinder quality.
  • Follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings using hand tools, power tools, and testing devices.
  • Ensure product conformance by utilizing precision instruments such as calipers and tape measures.
  • Assemble hydraulic components using hand tools, holding devices, and impact wrenches.
  • Conduct fluid pressure and flow tests, checking for leakage and ensuring proper functionality.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of hydraulic experience is preferred, but we are willing to train a motivated, eager candidate who is committed to developing their skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and stay focused on tasks.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Work Environment:

  • This is a full-time position, with some overtime required based on business needs.
  • Steel-toe boots are mandatory.
